The interview process was very involved for the role I applied for. There were over 300 applicants for the role, which meant that they had a multitude of viable candidates.
There were 3 rounds of interviews, and a simulation assignment that was completed between the 2nd and 3rd round of interviews (if you made it that far).
The first interview was very introductory where you learn more about the role and are asked to explain why you are interested. The second interview is more in-depth and focuses on the job responsibilities and your previous experience. Then, if you move forward, you complete a simulation assignment that assesses you on the primary skills they desire a person to have. Finally, based on the results of the simulation, you may have a third interview where you focus on the firm's core values.
They are very focused on finding people from a variety of backgrounds that will seamlessly integrate into their culture. They were very kind, engaged, and proud of their firm, which I felt made the opportunity very compelling.
I was not offered the role, but I felt grateful for the opportunity and enjoyed the experience. I will certainly apply again in the future if presented an opportunity.
