My interview process with GeoTel was straight forward and professional. The majority of the interview described the company, its mission and many of the projects and clients GeoTel is involved with. The process to get hired took roughly 1-2 weeks. An initial 10-15 minute phone call to get acquainted and discuss my background. Within 1 week I went onsite for a much longer interview. Met with the CEO as well as 5-6 other employees. Discussed the company as well as my professional career goals and how mine aligned with a possible hire at GeoTel. Everyone was very nice and cordial and down to earth. After the interview I was debriefed on when I would hear back since there were a few more candidates in the running. Approximately 3-4 days later I received a call from GeoTel offering me the position and I gladly accepted. The position was hybrid so I am onsite 2 days a week and remote 3 days a week.
