2 rounds of interviews. First was technical and second was managerial. Both went good and questions asked were not so easy. Then came HR round which was not with a good soft spoken but he was clear and up to the point.

There were two technical rounds and one hr. The first tech round was about basics, like how C# works under the hood, some basic questions. The second round was awful. The CTO is certainly a smart guy. Does not imply that he can speak to people condescendingly. So, the second round was about how well you can hold your emotions without leaving the interview. The aim of the second round is to show off his knowledge while humiliating the opposite person. And the round ended with a disgusting feeling. HR interview is where I got screwed and felt wasted my time over. They offered a pay less than what Ive asked for. I did hold an offer more than what they offered. So, such a shame on you, Genzeon. Hypocrisy is at the top level. My recommendation is not to go there

I applied through LinkedIn job posting and recieved callback within 2 days. The process is really quick now and the very next week my interview got scheduled. First round was basic check like why i want to switch, will i be ready to travel to office location post covid etc. Second round was with the CTO and i must admit this was a really new experience for me which i believe is a good way to interview the candidate. Instead of asking routine question which nowadays all the technical interviews are going on this was a bit different. I was warmly greeted and asked to brief about my schooling, college and how did i joined my first company. Then a basic question was asked : do i love coding or like coding. Do i love computer or like computer. I said i love computer and also love coding. Then the next question came who invented first digital computer for which i had no answer because i never checked and then i was explained that if i would love computer i would have curiosity to find its maker. Similarly lot of questions were asked for which i didnt knew much. But as i was continuing with the interview i thought that it would be really cool to join such people and company who are passionate about just not coding but also toward it process. The interview round precisely went for 45 min and i felt really exhausted and at the same moment not great because most of the answers i couldn't give but overall i was satisfied with the interview. The next day i got a call informing that i have been selected for the HR round. In the HR round, i was asked why i want to change, if offered will i join the company, what if my existing company try to retain me by giving exact hike etc. Finally after my HR round i was satisfied with the CTC because it was near my expected CTC although not 100% but yes upto 90% so i was satisfied. Also i had 3 months notice period for which Genzeon were fine and this was a big relief for me. Finally after 3 months notice period i joined Genzeon.
