Met with a recruiter at a career and was asked to visit the plant for an interview. They paid for my trip to get there as well as lunch and lodging. I met with an HR specialist and 2 department managers during my time. The questions were more about my thinking process, hobbies, and leadership abilities.

Getting of hold of someone and setting a date took for ever and was troublesome, but once it was set up, i showed up on the date set for the interview and everything went very well. Interviewed with multiple different people and was given a tour of the facility.

I set down with several department managers. They asked some general questions to get to know me and my background in the engineering field

Met with the department manager in their cafeteria. We talked about my resume, and he asked a couple of questions that were focused on my morals. He asked for personal references. It took about 45 minutes in total.
