Was contacted about a month after school career fair. They paid for travel and hotel expenses. Gave a tour of the facility. Asked which departments I would be most interested in. All very friendly

This was a very casual phone interview. The manager was very laid back and offered me an internship shortly after. For being such a large company i was suprised with the overall process.
