I had a very disappointing experience with the interview process at this company. The entire process was extremely slow and poorly managed. My interview process stretched over three days, which was unnecessarily long and frustrating. There was a significant lack of communication from the HR team, making the experience even worse. Despite multiple follow-ups, HR representatives were unresponsive and provided no updates regarding the next steps. The long waiting time between different rounds created a lot of uncertainty and inconvenience. Such inefficiency reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment process and shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and efforts. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this company to job seekers who expect a professional and well-organized hiring process. They seriously need to improve their interview structure, streamline decision-making, and ensure better communication with candidates.
