It was been two tier process when I got hire. First tier, telephonic round where they had checked my technological knowledge (advance excel formulas, accounting functions related to SAP and so on), in second tier, self introduction and various type of accounting theoretical questions,
[note: Second tier had much difficult than first tier,]
Walkin in interview you can go in genpact office and scan your profile and entered then hr call you for interview and ask some questions go though your resume and what's your expectations

it's 3 round interview and is very easy and polite. i have enjoyed it very much but pay is very low and they are just offering night shifts. so people comfortable with that can apply
