The interview process felt unusual. When I arrived at the office, there were five candidates ahead of me and five more after me. The assistant manager explained that interviews would be conducted in the order of arrival. I was the sixth candidate, but while each of the others had interviews lasting at least half an hour, mine was only 10 minutes and i was the last candidate interviewed,
