J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Genpact (Noida) en sept. 2020
Entretien
The process was lengthy, involving new transitions, and approximately 100 people were present for interviews. I waited for nearly 4 hours. There was only one round with a senior manager who asked about my experience, reasons for leaving my current company, qualifications, and personal matters regarding my family. While the questions were not overly intense, it was evident that they wanted to ensure they were making informed hiring decisions.
