Position offered is completely non-technical even though from a IT stream. Completely into voice process. No chance to negotiate. Not suitable for fresh grads who are more interested towards technical development side.

A straightforward behavioral interview. It had components of a stress interview which was challenging. Interviewer also gave feedback which made it a constructive experience and guidance when wanted to hear more detail.

Very Time Taking process overall , it took them 2 months+ to conduct some online assessment tests after giving interviews. I had do decline as it was taking too much time for an unpaid Internship.

First round was aptitude and then 30 mins of interview the aptitude round consists of coding questions one was easy and other was medium difficulty and interview was based on your resume.
