Budgeting process
Robust Interview process which includes 2 rounds. 1st round was with HR which was basic round includes discussing about background, education and certain questions related to new role, followed by VP round. It was phone interview.

Entretien
1st was an Excel - intermediate
2nd was a Technical round : quite different as one panelist continued to demean about my age and personal life while the other panelist was a mere mute spectator.

Asked for past experience, also grilled on specific tasks but outright rude. Would not have joined this team even if I had been selected. Difficult to work with someone who does not value a fellow human being.
