Four rounds of interview..
First is jam, second is voice and Versant third is ops round and fourth is manager round.they will test our patience.voice round is a tough .if we are selected in voice,then next round will be easy.

In jam we need to be confident in our speech,in voice round.there were three parts.first part is to speak on a topic given by the HR.then he asks to read a few paragraphs. which are present in a sheet then third is a mock call...in this mock call.the customer asks for any query like I lost my debit card.how canbi get it?..if we have solved the problem.then you are selected.but unfortunately I was not selected..I felt like..I was done but my result was negative

Entretien
The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
It was easy related to generice accouting queations and AP knowledge. Are you ok for night shift etc. Apart from it whether you can shift in noida. there will be night shift and you should be flexible for shifts.
