Entretien
The HR found my resume and called me. Then they took a telephonic interview and asked about my current package and expectation. At that moment, they said yes and took the process forward. Post that,
1. I had one telephonic round with Sr.Manager
2. Post clearing that, I went to office for a round with AVP
3. Post that I had another telephonic round with another Sr.Manager
After that, the HR called me and told offer 15% hike - that was really bad. I had clearly mentioned my expectation of 35%.
Post that they asked me share the documents to release an offer.
After 10 days, they told me that they are not giving me any offer.
These people are really fools. They don't respect anybody's time and energy. When they already knew that they won't be able to pay me that much - they should have not taken this forward.

Entretien
The interview process was very easy. First there was a CV shortlisting round. Then there was a HR interview round and then candidates were further shortlisted and moved to the Personal Interview Round. Only one candidate was offered the job. The interviewer was very happy with my interview and even praised me a lot but still didn’t offer me the job.
