Pretty Good, I have 3 rounds of Interview.They took interview by Skype and they offered me Immediately. it was Nice.But they have given me Written Test once they offered me.

A bit time consuming but good. The rounds of interview were 4 and each lasted at least for 30 mins.
If one really wants the job the person should keep a full day for the interview process to be done.
