The interview process was very smooth. The Genesys recruiter was easily accessible by phone to set up and schedule the interviews. I came into the interview process a bit later than the other candidates so the interviews were scheduled very quickly but I appreciated the opportunity to move fast since the situation warranted it. I had interviews with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then finally panel interviews with 5 employees. Shortly upon finishing the interviews, I was given a few days to complete a task which was very appropriate for the position.
