Onsite interview, very easy as long as you have the basics of telephony technology. You have to also have a good understanding of software engineering, not anything fancy or advanced. It's very important to be able to explain previous project(s).

I have submitted my application through the Genesys's career website. HR called me after two days to schedule a first screening phone interview. A second phone interview has been scheduled with the Hiring Manager then, after 10 days. Very comfortable, best hiring process ever.
