Totally 4 rounds of phone screening followed by 2 rounds of skype interview. The first skype interview was a panel interview with the team. The second skype was with the manager.

A panel of 3 technical and one manager were in the interview, they asked all theoretical questions, except one programming in Clojure. Preparation was online tutorials for all the skills listed in the JD.

Unprofessional HR, I have to call the HR several times and drop emails and follow with his colleague. One fine day he picked up and said feedback is negative. I asked to share the feedback as I was pretty confident in the interview. I gave all the right answers and solved a programming problem
All I needed is a proper feedback.
