Recently got a chance to attend the interview for the role mentioned in this company.
The recruiter was super calm and handled all the rounds in very professional way.
I have got all the answers I need inbetween every rounds. He was able to understand the issues I had in this current situation and given me good time to attend interview.
Honestly I didn't know much about Genesys before the recruiter reaches me in linkedin.
But I got very good impression only because of recruiter's behaviour. The other members like technical recruiters and HR were very calm and answered all the questions and even silly questions.
I totally had 4 rounds of interview in that 2 were technical.
Those 2 technical rounds were very knowledgeable discussion and interviewer given some hints too when we stuck.
Following this had a hiring manager round with formal questions on our education, career and future plans and finally the HR round.

Entretien
A panel of 3 technical and one manager were in the interview, they asked all theoretical questions, except one programming in Clojure. Preparation was online tutorials for all the skills listed in the JD.

Entretien
Unprofessional HR, I have to call the HR several times and drop emails and follow with his colleague. One fine day he picked up and said feedback is negative. I asked to share the feedback as I was pretty confident in the interview. I gave all the right answers and solved a programming problem
All I needed is a proper feedback.
