The initial contact with the recruiter was positive and helpful, and the recruiter was helpful throughout the whole process. However, there was a month between the initial phone call and the second phone interview. This interviewer was very pleasant and engaging, and I was able to answer almost all of the questions during the second phone interview. Within a couple of days I was scheduled for an onsite interview with the team. A week after the second phone call I met with two different interview teams at the Genesys location in Indianapolis. The hiring manager seemed disinterested throughout this part of the interview.

-HR will call you for initial interview with the local hiring manager(over the phone). Then schedule the next interview(Office). -Technical Interview with 2 Tech Lead/ Principal Eng. regarding Basic IT questions. This might last for few hours. 2-3 hours for me. -Hiring Manager(not local manager) - soft skill questions.
