After submitting my application a Genesys representative contacted me and we had a short little phone interview. Once the recruiter is done talking to you and decided if you are a good fit for the position or not they will get you in contact with someone from the department you applied for. I had a 30-minute phone interview with the department manager and then they invited me for an in person interview. After speaking with three different people in the in person interview and a few days of waiting to find out if I got the position, the recruiter called me again and expended the offer to me.
