Received voice message from hiring manager. Called back and spoke for one hour. Then waited a few weeks for more telephone interviews. Then waited. And waited. And hen a few months later was brought in for face to face interviews woth team of four people, each one a seperate 30-minute interview. Then asked for references. Then offer was made and we negotiated, but not much room on salary.

5 months later contacted by HR indicating my resume had popped up for a different position
Phone interview with hiring manager
1-1 interview with hiring manager and 4 colleagues
References checked and job offer made within a week of 1-1 interview
Considerate of my personal issues requiring a later start date than they wanted

Refreshing that they spent more time selling the company than "buying" me. Much nicer than the brush off of start-ups in the Valley
