Hired on application. All i had to do was submit an application but that was several years ago. I don't know what else to say in order to fill this word minimum. They just really needed staff.

It ended up being more of a group interview but not really. My group was hired on the spot without asking us questions besides when we wanted to work and asking questions about us. The HR manager then proceeded to give us the run down and the benefits of the company

Quick and simple. Met with the DON. Took a tour. Asked some skill questions. I was hired right on the spot for NOC shift. I had to have a background check done. I needed to have a drug test done right away.
