Two rounds of interview. Filled out a job application in the facility and set up an interview with the receptionist with the director of nursing and then a follow up interview with the administrator. Received a call from the HR lady with an offer the next day.
The interview process was very simple and direct. Expectations and roles are clearly described. The interviewer allowed time for questions and assisted with answers that they were not completely sure on.

There was basically no interview. Walked in as a new grad with 0 experience and was immediately offered a position. They are obviously understaffed with agency nurses on every unit. Not safe to work here.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a tour of the facility and a printed version of the job description. The staff were relaxed and informative. Quick to respond to questions via email and phone.
