3 interview rounds with members from different practice areas. The interviews are quite intense with all panelists asking questions and follow-up questions. Interviews may seem like they are not well structured since different practices will ask a set of different questions.

It was relatively straightforward. It covered my background, experience to date, my understanding of a topic area and general interpersonal skills. There was much time left for me to ask questions so would raise that at the start if you do.

The process went well and was well described - three stages of interviewing (1) CV; (2) interview; (2) case study. You have 24 hours to prep the case study and it will be related to the area you are applying in.
