All questions were in the range of what I expected. Unexpected part was the final part of the interview with the CEO. He made a back handed offer of the job if I would take it as a mid level manager rather than a VP. With over 30 years experience and my last 3 jobs were at the director level in progressively larger companies and I was actually very qualified for the job at a VP level and I found that tactic very insulting.
After a promise of follow up none was given.
Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Not saying I had to get the job, just expected more people skills from a credit union.
Meanwhile almost 4 months later, position is still being aggressively posted on job boards.
