The interview process was divided into 3 moments. One phone interview with an HR member, an interview in Teams with the HR member and the department leader, and a psychological assessment

Online interview lasting 15 min. Recruiter conducted a general interview, with questions like "Why did you choose the company?", "What are your strengths/weaknesses?", etc. . Then the QC team leader asked questions specific to the position, with a particular interest in seeing if he had hands-on experience in the HPLC technique. After the interview i was told i would receive feedback whether or not i was to be accepted, the feedback never came and a posterior e-mail that was sent did not receive any response from the HR department.
