Interview process was extremely long. After applying via the website I was taken to Aktaboot. Then I was contacted by HR to complete an application that was unnecessarily long. I had an interview as well as a test. Interview questions were super outdated - no creativity whatsoever.

Unnecessarily long application must be submitted and I doubt it’s ever read. An exam was given which felt quite random and irrelevant to the job. The process took a long time, I expected it to be much quicker and more efficient.

Entretien
The online application was so long with very useless questions. The interview was a repetition to the online application, which was pointless and an utter waste of time. I was very disappointed by their HR department and the caliber of the individuals that interviewed me. Not only were many of their questions very personal, but also confusing. The interviewees chose to conduct the interview in English even though their English fluency was limited.
I was really expecting much different settings for an organisation with which a royal family member is associated.
