Interviewing with Generali Investment feels like stepping back in time, maybe around 40 years. It's a sluggish procedure where you engage with multiple individuals asking overly intricate questions that have little relevance to the job at hand. You're compelled to navigate through hoops with the heads in Italy who come across as grouchy, unwelcoming, and entirely disinterested in your narrative. Given the chance, I wouldn't subject myself to this experience again.

Very long hiring process. The inteviews are different each others starting with psycological tests to a deep dive on tecnical aspects. Around 6 different inteviews at all levels. the process took 4 months
