After resume submit and you get an email, you'll be ask to attend a group interview. There were approx. 15 people with some basic questions taking turns an an activity at the end where you splits into small groups.

Included one video interview - with various questions on how you can deal with tough situations in the retail industry. The interview was completed during a lockdown so it was online - but most are in person and grouped. Experience is regarded but not needed for this role.
