Online assessment followed virtual interview. Online assessment was timed and recorded excel modeling. One week from online assessment completed, I received notification of virtual interview. Virtual interview with two people took about an hour. Very good process.

The interview had two stages. First, they called me for an initial screening. Then, I had a video call with two interviewers. They asked common behavioral questions, such as “Tell me about yourself,” “Give an example of when you worked in a group,” and “What was your role—were you a leader or a contributor?” They also asked about a major challenge I faced, an experience working with someone, and a problem I solved. The conversation focused on teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
