the interview was simple and friendly, discussing my resume and previous experience.

There is a HireVue Interview that asks about 5 project experience questions. Then a phone screening by a recruiter. Followed by a phone interview conducted by hiring managers/technical recruiter. They are typically separated by a couple weeks.

it was an on campus hiring process. the process mainly comprised of three round-written test, technical interview and HR interview. the written was a difficult one particularly focusing on strength of materials, theory of machines and all core mechanical engineering subjects. the technical interview focused mainly on the training and internships so having a good internship is always gonna count in your favour.
