Interviewed directly with team lead and the group manager who was in and out of the interview. Hit a lot on background and a number of specific questions around JIRA and Agile Development. This was done with litle knowledge of what was actually produced by the team I was being asked to join.

Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screening and had a positive conversation around my background and the role. The discussion was engaging and aligned well with my experience. However, I did not receive a follow-up afterward, despite reaching out a couple of times for an update.

Entretien
The most unprofessional and impolite process I met.
After several interviews , I was asked to prepare a home assignment, which I will need to come and present to the team. I replied it on time and asked for the presentation date. No one replied for long time, so I reached out again and received an answer that they are terribly sorry but the team was busy and they will write me back within few days. Again, no one replied.
After 1.5 months I received a generic decline email.
The expected would be calling to explain in further details. I came to their office few times, invested a decent time on the home assignment.
