Was recommended by a friend who works at General Mills to apply there. I went to the information session and learned all about the company and then had a 30 minute interview the next day. The questions were very straight forward and not very difficult. Its more about how you would think to solve problems and about past experience. I wasn't asked a single time complexity problem.
