J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) en déc. 2018
Entretien
Phone screening was first (basic questions "what are your skills, weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 10 years"). A member from HR then reached out to me within 3 days and scheduled an in-person formal interview.
For the in-person interview, I met with 2 different customer service managers, each for about 30 min. They asked STAR based questions, 4 for each person I interviewed with. (google STAR based interview questions, this helped me prepare for this interview)

Question 1
Very standard questions — examples of how you’ve handled / would handle situations.
Round 1 is a Phone interview ( I talked to the manager that I later ended up working for), Round 2- back to back on site interview with 3 manager on the team. Very straight forward. 1 month in total from when I was first called to schedule an interview to when I got my offer letter.

Question 1
Basic stuff that you can google. Nothing is that hard or will take hours to prepare for. If you're somewhat qualified for the job and can articulate yourself well, you'll be highly considered for a hire.
