Met a recruiter at an on campus recruiting event. I was called 2 days later for an interview. Round one was with 2 recruiters and was mainly behavioral questions and one "technical" which was more about showing your creativity. Round 2 was the same but with one person via Skype.

Apply online followed by three rounds of interviews- each harder than the last and held over the phone and then over video calls. The hiring manager followed up and was super genuine and helpful.
