Required skills and experience are very high for the pay range. The position is on-site. No remote. Seems like the job has been made intentionally unfulfillable. Nobody with all the credentials is going to accept the pay range.

Entretien
Two rounds of interview, both via phone call. Overall process took place within a month's timeframe. Interviewers consist of team lead for specific department and overseeing manager (if different from office location).
