Entretien
I was contacted initially by an HR person over phone call, where he left a message. Said to text him back about availability, but took over a week to get back to me about it. However, he was very nice and helpful in the end. Had a first screening interview, then the second interview was a panel interview. HR person was very straightforward, and asked about my schooling and my GPA, and why my GPA the way it was before making an offer. Got offer and had 3 days to accept or decline.

Question 1
First interview was mostly screening questions, gauging interest. Nothing too crazy in terms of brain teasers etc. Tell me about yourself, asked if I was interested in front end/back end, where I see my future at GDMS, why GDMS, etc. Second panel interview was more so just digging into my skills and what was on my resume. Asked about my team management skills, how I solved problems, time management, as well as slight technical questions. No leet code or anything.

Panel style interview with 4 interviewers. More of like talk about yourself and your experiences and projects. I did have some very freshman-sophomore college level programing questions but no leetcode coding style.

The interview process involved 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was 30 minutes. During this round, the technical manager provided an overview about the work the company does. We lightly went over my resume and I was asked behavioral style questions. The second round was a 1 hour panel interview with 5 team members. Each member gave an overview about their work, explained the type of work I would be doing, and asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Everyone was really friendly and made an effort to make sure I felt comfortable during each interview.

Short 30-minute behavioral interview with senior SWE and hiring manager. Mostly talked about the contract, then asked me about my experience and myself, then asked to do 2 insanely easy coding problems in vscode/editor. No technical questions, seems I was already pre-vetted.
