GD AIS went to my college for an information session. I gave them my resume. after few weeks they called me for a phone interview. Then I saw them at the career fair and introduced myself. After a week they called me for a face to face interview. At the facility they gave us a tour of the facility and then we had a 45mins interview with three people.

All behavorial and talks about your resume experience. Expect some follow up questions that aren't scripted depending on your resume. I had one project that really interested them, and we basically talked about that the whole hour. Everyone was super easy going too
