They contacted me after I'd met them at a career fair and applied online a few times and then set up a skype call for the following week. They asked a lot on mobile vs web and Android vs iOS development.
I had to follow up with them a few times to get a response after my interview.

I was contacted by a recruiter that went over my resume over the phone. Then I went in for a face to face interview with three developers.
