First interview was a phone screen, then a Skype interview, then an on-site interview with a panel of engineers/managers. The phone interview was 30 minutes, the skype interview was an hour, and the on-site interview was an hour with a 30-minute tour.

All behavorial and talks about your resume experience. Expect some follow up questions that aren't scripted depending on your resume. I had one project that really interested them, and we basically talked about that the whole hour. Everyone was super easy going too
