Tiger team interview where they ask basic questions about your background to determine were you might fit. Odds are you won't be speaking to your actual supervisor/manager. Unless you are applying for a more senior position there will very likely not be any follow up interview and they'll send an offer within a week or so.

Just one interview around 30-45 minutes. Fairly simple and straight forward. After you apply, they email you to schedule an interview. Usually it's with a few people or a panel. Easy questions about yourself and broad technical questions about your experience.

Reached out to recruiter for 30 minute meeting. Then scheduled meeting with Electric boat representative for interview. Received offer a few weeks after first contact. Did not end of taking offer but really liked the location.
