Very easy, you go thru the pipeline now. So it’s 8 weeks of training then you get hired with the company. Eb is hiring everyone right now. We need about 5000 people in the next 2 years

Entretien
It was a group interview process. There were five to six candidates present and 3 interviewers. Behavioral based questions. Describe a time or a situation type of question. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. A lot of team building questions as well.
