I had a first interview at a unemployment office. I then had a interview with an electrical supervisor. I then had to get a letter of reference from three past employers. I had to pass a physical that took almost eight hours. I also had to pass a drug test as well. I was initially offered a low hourly rate but negotiated an additional two dollars in pay. I initially left when they offered me a low offer but they called me a few days later with a better offer. They slowly offered me more at twenty five cent intervals until I agreed to work for the company.
