I had phone interview with a Manager following an on-site interview with the team. I think the skill test questions were not cleared. Sitting in a hiring manager office and trying to figure out what was the requirement it was not working for me. Thanks God! I used to close my office door when I want to solve a difficult problem. When I get in the car drive home I rethink the questions actually it was not bad. It was just me too nervous.
