Applied online, got a phone call scheduling a phone interview two weeks later. Phone interview lasted around 45 minutes, just covered my experience and questions about my resume. Got the job offer a month later.

Entretien
First HR screening call, to explain overview of the position and see if you’re a good fit. 30mins
Then, Hiring manager screening call.
Talk about position and your background little technical and wanted examples of work
Finally, an in person interview with team, (lead hiring manager, hiring manager’s manager)
Gave an explanation of work history related to the position. Then had technical questions based on knowledge of DFM, EBOMvMBOM, SAP T-codes.
If you get the job, HR will contact and send offer letter
