Began with a 30 minute phone interview that ended with an offer for a 2nd interview in person the following week. Met for onsite panel interviews with shift leads and supervisors from various departments. I was offered the position the next day and accepted.

Tell me about a time when you felt unmotivated, but were still able to be optimistic and perform your job responsibilities.
Informal, though they may do it differently each time. I had a 3-panel interview and was immediately notified within a couple of days that they wanted to move forward. As long as you are open to learning and can get along with the interviewers, you should be ok.

The interviews were able to be conducted virtually which was convenient. The questions were standard apart from the one wildcard question that was asked each time. That was a fun addition of their interviews which always kept me on my toes.

Interviewer was rude and stand-offish, almost mocking. Felt like working there would be a very stressful environment just due to management. Explained towards the end of the interview that it could take months before being offered a job due to their hiring process.
