About a week and a half after applying to the job I got an email saying they would like to set up a phone interview within the next couple days. Interviewed with the Principal Researcher that I would be working under. The interview was extremely relaxed and very casual.

There really weren't many questions other than the typical "what are your strengths and weaknesses" questions. They mostly just wanted to hear about my research and previous experience.

Great Interview process very smooth. The entire process took a month or so. It was a pre recorded interview with straightforward behavioral questions and then a 45 min virtual interview with the hiring manager.

The process was smooth and more like a causal conversation. The hiring manager introduced the project they are currently working on and then the relevant skillset for the job. Then they started to ask about my research and a few specific project in my resume.

Phone call with HM for 15 min. Professional questions were asked like self introduction and then the job description with detailed by the HM. Very pleasant experience since the conversation is efficient
