2 stage interview, first being a 30 mins initial conversation - general experience and competency based questions. 2nd stage, was with 2 hiring managers. In preparation I was given tasks: 1500 word written report about the industry, as well as a powerpoint presentation, both of which I was meant to present for roughly 30 minutes followed by Q&A from both parties.
