Entretien
It is very casual yet professional. They like people who are experienced. Preferable to have friendly staffs that are quick on their hands and feet. They reach out to you for trainings, although it is unpaid, yet you get to learn how to work in the fast environment.
Initially, I contacted the manager via a referral. The manager told me to come in for a chat. We chatted for a brief time about 10 - 15 minutes. Questions about my experience and so on.
