I submitted my application directly through Geisinger's website and indicated my preferred locations. I was contacted by an RN recruiter two days later and had an interview by the next week. The recruiter was very helpful and professional throughout the process. Since I had to travel to the hospital to conduct interviews, she helped me by scheduling them back to back. All of the managers were friendly, professional, and helpful. They went out of their way to help each other and to get a good sense of my strengths and goals as an applicant and seemed genuinely invested in my future as well as the needs of the organization.
